Dungeon on the Move


2018.9 - Now

Dungeon on the Move is a single-player, dungeon adventuring, story driven game developed by No! Studios. It is designed to be picked up and put down easily, and evokes themes of change and movement throughout gameplay.


Meet random NPCs in the dungeon and finish their quests.


I started this research project with Dr. Maurice Suckling in September 2018. It is a project that is meant to explore the connection between the randomness of the system and the desire/needs of the players. I was the Co-Founder and Producer in the team. I took over all the environment art in Fall 2019. I also coded on NPC mechanics & branching stories, Boss fight, and merchant mechanics.

In November 2019, we presented our game at ICIDS and received a lot of meaningful feedback. It was an impressive experience both for me and for the entire team. Working in this project is one of my most unforgettable memories at RPI. Great thanks to all the great work and everyone who's worked on DOTM!
